LICENSE for Global Downloader

1. The computer software, artwork and other components included in this version of product (collectively the Software) are the exclusive copyrighted property of Actysoft Inc. You must not (a) sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the Software; (b) alter the Software in any way; (c) modify or prepare derivative works of the Software; (d) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; (e) publish serial numbers or serial number generation algorithms; (f) bundle the Software in any other distribution packages; (g) take distribution fees without our agreement.

2. Once registered, you are granted one license to use the registered Software on one computer. You may use the registered Software for any legal purpose.

3. The non-registered Software may be distributed freely if the distribution package is not modified and if you give a link to Global Downloader home page. The registered Software can not be distributed.

4. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED AS IS. ACTYSOFT INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INCURRED COSTS OR LOSSES WHILE USING OR MISUSING THE SOFTWARE. THE AUTHORS AND ACTYSOFT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THE SOFTWARE.

5. The installation and the usage of the Software mean the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

6. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must stop the usage of the Software and uninstall it.

You accept responsibility for any network usage costs or any other costs incurred by using this software.
